Our Story
Cleaning & Caring was founded nearly 20 years ago by Jeane Zaponi — a busy mother of two who often felt like she was raising four.
From the very beginning, she made a conscious decision to invest in building life long relationships with the clients she served. She took pride in underpromising and overdelivering with total dedication and care — and her initial clients loved her for it; so they began referring her to friends and family members.
As demand continued to grow, it became clear that she couldn’t serve every family on her own. Even though that wasn’t the original plan, Jeane realized the only way to serve more families well was to build a team of equally caring professionals — all trained in her methods and held to the same high standards.
And that’s how Cleaning & Caring was born.
Since then, Cleaning & Caring has grown and evolved. But two things have never changed: our desire to serve well and support busy families and those with physical limitations with their home cleaning needs — and our belief that this isn’t just about cleaning. It’s about serving people and taking good care of the special places they call home.
