What the job looks like:

• Cleaning residential homes in Lutz, Land O’ Lakes, and Odessa
• Working independently after training
• Using a clear, color-coded cleaning system
• Following simple checklists and standards
• Providing consistent, high-quality service
• Mostlty o remote with online meetings, trainings. No office presence required.

Training includes online learning and hands-on training in real homes.

Pay and Benefits:

Current team members earn between $17–$23 per hour, including performance pay, paid drive time, and bonuses. Pay increases with consistency, quality, and reliability.

The Requirements:

• Reliable car and ability to drive to client homes in Land O' Lakes, Lutz, and Odessa
• Eligible to work in the U.S. (W-2 position)
• Available to work at least 16 hours per week, Monday–Friday
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs and handle physical work
• Comfortable working in homes with pets
• Able to pass a background check
