At Cleaning & Caring, we believe that no one should have to face the challenges of cancer alone — especially not while worrying about housework. Through our Cleaning for a Cause program, we provide free home cleaning services to women undergoing cancer treatment in our community.
It’s our way of giving back and helping families focus on healing, rest, and hope.

We believe in creating unexpected joy to others. It’s our mantra, and it’s how we try to approach everything we do. We never know what effects a small act of kindness can have on a person going through a rough time. Gifts of love can often mean the world to a person.
There’s no limit to the things you could do, from offering to mow an elderly neighbor’s lawn or sending some groceries to a neighbor in need, to donating to a worthy cause. We offer free cleaning services to women battling cancer in our areas of service. Our goal is to let these brave and strong women focus on their health and treatment while we clean their homes– free of charge.

The impact of a small act of kindness can be profound, especially when it causes a chain reaction and spreads. HOW IT WORKS
- Nominate or Apply
Patients, friends, or family members can submit a simple request through our website. We’ll ask for a few details about the home and treatment schedule to ensure we provide the best support possible. - Verification
We’ll confirm eligibility — just to verify that the applicant is currently receiving cancer treatment. - Scheduling Support
Once approved, our care team will reach out to coordinate cleaning dates and customize the service to meet the patient’s needs. - Two Months of Relief
Each patient receives two free home cleanings — one per month, for two months — from our trained and trusted Cleaning & Caring professionals. - Compassion in Action
Our team handles the rest, using our eco-friendly PureZone™ cleaning system to create a clean, healthy, and peaceful space — so patients can focus on what truly matters: recovery.

Yes, a brief confirmation from your healthcare provider verifying that you are in active treatment may be required.
Each participant receives two free cleanings — one per month for two consecutive months.
We provide our standard home cleaning service, tailored for comfort and safety. All products are non-toxic and safe for sensitive environments.
We want to help as many families as possible, so we prioritize new applicants. However, if additional support is available, we may extend cleanings when possible.
Yes! You can make a difference by purchasing a Cleaning & Caring gift card and sending it directly to the family or friend of the patient, or send it directly to the patient in need.
