Cleaning & Caring was born 16 years ago inspired by my own frustrations (and bad experiences) with cleaning services. I had a demanding job, a baby, and a husband. It was a difficult time in many ways.  I was feeling overwhelmed by a hectic schedule and really needed the help of a good cleaning person. That is when I realized how challenging it is to find  good, reliable, and consistent cleaning services.

During those days I decided that eventually I would start an alternative type of home cleaning business that would focus on meeting the real needs of busy families. The idea of “Cleaning & Caring” was born and, soon, it became a reality. In our vision, it would have a different approach to house cleaning, and it would be simple:

“Do unto others as you would have them do unto you” – This is the principle behind everything we do. We treat every home we clean the same way we would like to have our own home treated -with care, diligence and thoroughness.

From the beginning we made a conscious option to invest in building lifelong relationships with the clients we serve. To this day, our emphasis has been on quality and personal service.  We’ve learned that every one of our customers is different and special, and we treat them that way. It’s really a relationship— we take care of them, and they are loyal to us.

We have refined our customer base to a group that we feel we can best serve in a way that will allow us to serve and maintain those customers permanently.

But there is just so much one can do alone. At a later stage and due to the increase demand for our services, we felt the need to put together a team of equally caring, trustworthy, and reliable individuals that are dedicated, highly trained professionals, and that are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our customers’ satisfaction.
